With the right seasonings, tofu is surprisingly, egg-like in texture, so you’ll still get your protein power and that egg-y feel as a vegan!  The key to perfect tofu eggs is to add the right seasoning and drying the tofu out while you cook it up by coating the tofu in nutritional yeast, so that the yeast fries it a bit. In my NEW, HOTT VID!! you will see how to season your tofu and cook it up nicely for eggcelent tofu eggs. These tofu “eggs” contain zero cholesterol, are versatile to incorporate into many dishes, and are completely cruelty-free! I hope you enjoy the movie! And no those hairy arms aren’t mine, they’re Jeff’s 😉
